- Anonymous technical data: IP address, browser type, ISP, time stamps, referring pages.
- Used for analytics and site performance.
(b) Voluntary Information (Students Only)
Students may voluntarily provide name and/or email to:
- Save progress on games
- Submit scores to teachers

- Accessible only to the student or their teacher
- Never shared with advertisers or third parties
- Protected by encryption for any passwords

7. Data Ownership and Control
- Data voluntarily submitted by students belongs to the student and/or their school.

- Breach notification provided to affected users and schools as required by law

- Schools: When acting as an agent for parents, schools must ensure COPPA compliance for students under 13.
11. Use in Schools and Classrooms
- Students do not create accounts on the ad-supported version.
- Students may optionally submit scores to teachers or save game progress. This information is only accessible to the student or their teacher and is never shared with advertisers or third parties.
- Schools may use the ad-supported version, but for a completely ad-free experience, we recommend the ad-free member version, which is available for students or teachers. More details can be found on our Membership Page.
